L’arrivo da est con la ferrovia e con la bellezza delle stazioni storiche che ti ospitano dentro le città. Ma qui è la città che avanza e che gradualmente ti accoglie, la percezione di punti fermi del tuo occhio, i colori.
La grafia di questo libro, pesca da google earth 3d, ne distorce il tracciato ferroviario, lo rende lineare come la narrazione che lo accompagna e ritaglia metaforicamente dalle mappe i contorni che diventano i bordi dei nostri sentimenti di viaggio: dalla periferia ancora inglobata nel verde fino all’ingresso alla città, i viali nei sottopassi, la distesa dei binari e, dopo la stazione, il grattacielo simbolo della dinamicità urbana milanese.
