| “AT this moment” è un progetto molto, molto interessante, che qui vediamo nelle pagine del catalogo e nella sua esposizione presso la galleria “squadro” di Bologna. Si tratta di un workshop tenuto da Stefano Ricci con gli studenti del Muthesius Kunsthochschule di Kiel, che hanno realizzato una serie di manifesti basati sull’osservazione del luogo nel quale il workshop si è svolto. A partire dall’osservazione e dai materiali raccolti in esterno – foto, disegni, appunti – il lavoro é stato completato disegnando in aula su cartone, dal quale si é poi ritagliato uno stencil, utilizzato da ogni studente per stampare a mano, a tre colori, alcune copie del manifesto. Il risultato di questi 400 manifesti è un racconto urbano, fatto di elementi semplici, sintesi di percezioni istintive e trascrizioni grafiche a cui ogni buona analisi urbanistica dovrebbe guardare. Parlare delle città attraverso tematiche di ricerca artistica è un risultato sempre sorprendente, e come in questo caso fissa davvero il tempo ma anche il luogo, le esperienze e la vita “in questo momento”. |
“AT this moment” is a very, very interesting project, shown here in the catalog pages and in his presentation at the “square” gallery in Bologna. It is a by Stefano Ricci held workshops with students of the Muthesius Kunsthochschule Kiel, who created a series of posters based on the observation of the place where the workshop was held. Starting from observation and from the materials collected in the external – photos, drawings, notes – the work has been completed in the classroom drawing on cardboard, from which it is then cut out a stencil, used by each student to print by hand, three-color some copies of the poster. The result of these 400 posters is an urban tale, made of simple elements, synthesis of instinctive and graphic transcriptions perceptions to which every good town planning analysis should look. Speaking of the city through artistic research themes is to create amazing results, and as in this case really sets the time but also the place, the experiences and the life “at this time.” |
